利用規約
本規約は、Weekend Trip（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めます。本サービスは、利用者自身が管理するTikTokアカウントへ、旅行・おでかけ関連の写真カルーセルをTikTok Content Posting APIの編集フローへ送るためのWebツールです。
1. 利用条件
利用者は、自身が管理し、投稿権限を有するTikTokアカウントのみを接続できます。TikTokの利用規約、コミュニティガイドライン、知的財産権その他適用される規則を遵守してください。
2. 投稿フロー
本サービスは投稿を自動公開しません。写真はMEDIA_UPLOADとしてTikTokへ送信され、利用者はTikTokアプリの受信箱から内容を確認・編集し、自らの判断で投稿します。
3. 利用者コンテンツ
利用者は、アップロードする画像、説明文、ハッシュタグ等について必要な権利または許諾を有することを保証します。利用者は、TikTokへの送信と本サービスの提供に必要な範囲で当該コンテンツを処理する権限を本サービスに付与します。権利は利用者に留保されます。
4. 禁止事項
第三者アカウントへの無断送信、権利侵害、虚偽・違法・有害なコンテンツ、サービスやAPIの不正利用、セキュリティ回避、スパム行為を禁止します。
5. 提供の変更・停止
保守、障害、TikTokまたはCloudflare等の外部サービスの仕様変更、法令上の要請その他必要な場合、本サービスの全部または一部を変更・停止することがあります。
6. 免責・責任制限
本サービスは現状有姿で提供され、常時利用可能であること、審査承認、投稿成功、到達数等を保証しません。法令で許される範囲で、間接損害、逸失利益、外部サービスに起因する損害について責任を負いません。
7. 規約変更
必要に応じて本規約を変更し、重要な変更は本ページ上で告知します。
8. 準拠法
本規約は日本法に準拠します。

Terms of Service
Weekend Trip is a web tool that sends travel photo carousels to the TikTok editing flow for an account controlled by the user through the TikTok Content Posting API.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You may connect only a TikTok account that you own or are authorized to manage. You must comply with TikTok's terms, community rules, intellectual-property requirements, and applicable law. Unauthorized account access, infringing or unlawful content, spam, abuse, and attempts to bypass security are prohibited.
User content and posting
You retain ownership of your images and text and grant us only the limited permission needed to host and transfer them. Content is sent with MEDIA_UPLOAD and is not automatically published. You review, edit, and choose whether to publish it in TikTok.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is. Availability, app-review approval, successful delivery, publication, or performance is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss or failures caused by third-party services.
Changes and law
We may update or suspend the service and these terms. Material changes will be posted here. Japanese law governs these terms.
